We want everyone to have a great time at the BBQ N' BEER Festival, but there are a few details to point out so everyone can enjoy equally.

Bought your tickets online?  Print out your email receipt or show it to us on your smart phone.

FAQ

Parking
Limited parking is available at Kraemer Park. We recommend parking on neighboring side streets. Additional parking may be available at Valencia High School.

Seating

Doors open at 3:30PM. Food Service begins at 5:00PM. Tables and chairs are provided on a first-come first-served basis with the exception of sponsors who have purchased Reserved Seating. We ask that tables not be rearranged. Personal chairs may not be brought in. Blankets or tarps for the ground are welcomed in designated areas only. Bring sunscreen - shade is not guaranteed at all tables. 

Menu

Participating restaurants and offerings to date:

• Big B's BBQ :   Ribs with beans
  
• Clyde's Hot Chicken :  Chicken fingers with macaroni salad
  
• Rembrandt's : Bacon-wrapped meatloaf with a side of mashed potatoes and a honey/mustard sauce. Plus a taste of sangria
  
• Craftsman : Tri Tip
  
• Mr. D's Pork Sliders, Meatball Sliders with coleslaw
  
• Mustache Mike's : Italian shaved ice cones
  
• Campitelli's Cookies : Assorted cookies
  

Beverages
Adult and child tickets include free bottled water and soft drinks.

Beer and wine will be available for guests age 21+ at an additional cost. Drink tickets, good for one serving of beer or wine, will be sold at $5 each or 5 drink tickets for $20. Beer selection TBA. All patrons wishing to purchase drink tickets must present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Guests are allowed to bring a bottle of wine for a corkage fee of $10. This fee will be collected upon entry. Note that all bottles of wine must be sealed upon entry. 

Pet Policy

This event is not pet-friendly; however, service animals are welcomed.

Child Tickets and Accommodations

Child tickets are intended for children ages 5-12. Children below the age of 5 may enter at no cost. In addition to OC's best BBQ and assorted sides, Rotarians will be grilling up a kid-friendly option: hot dogs. 

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted at the event:

• Tents, or pop-ups. Tents obstruct the view of other Cowabunga guests.
  
• Outside food. Exceptions will be made for young children.
• Outside alcohol (beyond wine). Inspections will take place at every gate. Guests may bring wine into the venue for a corkage fee of $10, paid upon entry. Note that bottles of wine must be sealed upon entry.
  
• Grills.
  
• Personal tables. They affect the sight lines of other festival guests.

Our event will be held rain or shine. Please dress accordingly.
